"John renovated the main floor of my 100-year-old house, adding a powder room and a coat closet, and opening up the rooms to bring in light and add a modern touch, but respecting the cozy aspect of the structure. He takes time with the client to go over the design and prepare them for the work ahead. John also repaired my plaster walls and ceiling that lead from the stairs to the second floor, and replaced the stair treads with new oak treads.
